1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use the Little Paris website, contact us through the website, book a salon treatment or place an order through the online shop. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and respectfully.

2. Website content

We aim to keep treatment information, shop descriptions, prices, images, availability and opening times accurate. Details can change, and an image or description may not show every variation of a product or treatment. Please contact us if you need to check something before booking or ordering.

3. Salon appointments

• Online appointments are provided through Treatwell. Treatwell manages availability, confirmations and appointment changes under its own terms.
• You are responsible for checking the treatment, date, time and contact details in your confirmation.
• Some hair colour and beauty treatments may require a consultation or patch test. We may need to change or refuse a treatment where it would not be safe or suitable.
• If you need to change or cancel an appointment, use the instructions in your Treatwell confirmation or contact the salon as soon as possible.

4. Online shop

The shop offers professional hair and beauty products for delivery within the UK. Adding an item to your basket does not guarantee stock or create a contract. An order is a request to buy; it is accepted only when Little Paris confirms the order and availability.

• Prices and delivery charges are shown before you submit an order and may change.
• We validate product price, stock and quantity before accepting an order. We may contact you if an item is unavailable or an order needs correcting.
• Delivery is currently available to UK addresses only. Delivery options and charges are shown at checkout.
• Please check your delivery details carefully. We cannot be responsible for delays caused by an incomplete or incorrect address.
• If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or you wish to ask about a return, contact us promptly at contact@little-paris.co.uk. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by these terms.

5. Payments and order communications

Online shop payments are processed securely by Stripe. An online order is confirmed after Stripe reports that payment has succeeded. Stripe's terms and privacy policy also apply. Never send card numbers, passwords or other payment credentials by email or through the contact form.

We may use the contact details provided with an order to send order, delivery or customer service messages. Those messages are part of providing the service and are not marketing messages.

6. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Use the website for fraud, unlawful activity or to impersonate another person.
• Submit harmful, abusive, discriminatory or malicious content.
• Attempt to interfere with the website, its security or another visitor's use.
• Copy, scrape, reverse engineer or commercially reuse the website without permission.

7. Intellectual property

The Little Paris name, branding, website design, text, photographs and other content belong to Little Paris or its licensors unless stated otherwise. You may view and use the website for personal purposes, but you must not reproduce or publish our content without written permission.

8. Third-party services and links

The website includes links, booking tools and services provided by third parties, including Treatwell, Stripe, Google Maps and Google reCAPTCHA. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control.

9. Availability and liability

We work to keep the website available and accurate, but we do not promise that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free or available on every device. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or your statutory consumer rights.

Subject to those protections, Little Paris is not responsible for indirect loss, loss of opportunity or disruption caused by events outside our reasonable control or by third-party services.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the website, shop or booking arrangements change. The version published on this page applies from its updated date. Any terms that apply to an already accepted order or booking will continue to apply to that order or booking.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also have rights to bring a claim in the courts of the part of the UK where you live.
